Ingredients:
1 pound chocolate frosting
1 pint block ice cream (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, or your choice)
24 graham crackers
8 ounces marshmallow crème
Instructions:
Prepare the Graham Crackers:
Break the graham crackers in half to form squares. You should have 48 squares in total.
Prepare the Ice Cream:
Allow the block of ice cream to soften slightly at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes, making it easier to slice.
Cut the ice cream block into 12 equal squares, each roughly the same size as the graham cracker squares.
Assemble the Ice Cream Sandwiches:
Spread a generous layer of marshmallow crème on 24 of the graham cracker squares.
Place an ice cream square on top of each marshmallow-covered graham cracker.
Add the Chocolate Layer:
Spread a layer of chocolate frosting on the remaining 24 graham cracker squares.
Place the chocolate-frosted graham crackers on top of the ice cream squares, frosting side down, to form sandwiches.
Freeze the Sandwiches:
Place the assembled ice cream sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the sandwiches for at least 1 hour or until the ice cream is firm.
Serve and Enjoy:
Once the sandwiches are fully frozen, serve immediately. Enjoy the delightful combination of creamy ice cream, sweet marshmallow, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers.
