430 grams of wheat flour

1 tablespoon of sugar

7 grams of dried yeast

Half a teaspoon of salt

220 milliliters of warm water

20 milliliters of olive oil

Steps:

 

Make the dough:

In a big bowl, mix together the wheat flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Stir thoroughly to make sure the yeast is spread evenly.

Slowly pour the warm water into the dry ingredients while stirring constantly until a sticky dough forms.

Add the olive oil and keep mixing the dough for 2-3 minutes until it is soft and stretchy.

Design and embellish.

Place the dough on a surface with a little flour and mold it into a loaf or any shape you prefer.

Put sesame seeds on top of the dough for a crunchy and tasty touch.

Fast Growth:

Let the dough sit for 5 minutes. The warm water and yeast will begin to do their job, causing the dough to slightly increase in size even in a short period.

Cook in an oven.

Heat your oven to 200°C (392°F) before using it.

Put the dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

Chill and Serve:

After baking, take the bread out of the oven and let it cool a bit on a metal rack.
