Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare Pan: Set oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13×9-inch baking pan.
- Make the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly. Press into pan. Bake 10 minutes & cool completely.
- Prepare Filling: Beat softened butter, powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Bake 10–12 minutes, then cool.
- Whip the Topping: Beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble Layers: Drain crushed pineapple, mix with whipped cream, and spread evenly over cooled filling.
- Chill & Serve: Garnish with extra graham cracker crumbs if desired. Cover & refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Make It Fancy: Top with toasted coconut or chopped pecans for extra texture.
- Flavor Twist: Add lemon zest to the whipped cream for a citrusy zing.
