- Cook Pasta: Boil salted water, cook fettuccine until al dente, drain, and set aside.

- Make Sauce: Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir while scraping browned bits. Simmer 2 minutes.
- Finish Dish: Stir in Parmesan, cooked pasta, and sausage. Toss to combine and heat through (2–3 minutes). Adjust seasoning, then add shrimp.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot!
