Instructions
1. Brown the Sausage

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground Italian sausage until browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.

Once fully cooked, drain excess grease and transfer the sausage to the slow cooker.
2. Add Vegetables & Seasonings

To the slow cooker, add the chopped carrots, celery, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini.

Pour in the diced tomatoes (with juices), cannellini beans, and broth.

Sprinkle in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
3. Cook on Low or High

Low & Slow Option: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours for deeper flavor.

Quick Cook Option: Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours if short on time.
4. Adjust Seasoning & Serve

Before serving, taste and adjust salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes if needed.
