Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Assemble Flatbread: Brush flatbread with olive oil. Layer with pear slices, Gorgonzola, and mozzarella (if using).
  3. Bake: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges turn golden.
  4. Top & Serve: Remove from oven, add fresh arugula, drizzle with honey, and finish with black pepper.

Tips:

  • Try adding toasted walnuts for extra crunch.
  • Swap Gorgonzola for goat cheese for a milder flavor.
  • Pair with a glass of white wine like Pinot Grigio for the perfect bite!
