3. Mix the Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted white chocolate, dried cranberries, and toasted pecans. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated with the chocolate.

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
    2. Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to drop mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Each cluster should be about 1–2 tablespoons in size.
