Cheesy Hamburger Potato Casserole

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Once cooked, drain any excess fat.

3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic is fragrant.

4. In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.

5. Spread the ground beef mixture evenly over the potatoes.

8. Pour the condensed cream of mushroom soup over the casserole, ensuring that it is evenly distributed.

10. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
