1 pound chicken cutlets
1 1⁄2 cups buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons paprika

1. Prepare Sauce & Preheat Oven: Whisk together hot honey sauce ingredients. Cover & refrigerate. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Buttermilk Soak: Pat chicken dry and soak in buttermilk in a covered bowl for 30 minutes.
