Crispy Cauliflower

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
2. Cut cauliflower into even-sized florets.
3. Toss with 1 tablespoon oil, salt, curry powder, maple syrup.
4. Heat skillet with remaining oil until very hot.
5. Sear cauliflower 5 minutes until golden.
6. Transfer to oven, roast 10-15 minutes.
7. Stir every 5 minutes until crispy.
8. Garnish and serve immediately.

Storage:

Refrigerate up to 4 days
Not freezer friendly
Best served immediately

Notes:

Use high heat oil
Don’t overcrowd pan
Watch carefully while searing
