1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Remove the tough outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into wedges. Remove the core and slice the cabbage into thin strips.
3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, or until slightly tender. Drain the cabbage and set it aside.
