Ingredients :
250 g of coral or green lentils
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tomato, peeled and diced
1 tbsp. teaspoon of cumin
1 tbsp. teaspoon turmeric
1/2 tsp. teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 tsp. teaspoon cinnamon
Salt, pepper
1.2 liters of vegetable stock
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Fresh cilantro to serve
