slow-cooker honey Sriracha glazed meatballs

Ingredients:
Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Glaze:
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ginger powder (or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger)
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
