Lasagna Bolognese is an irresistible Italian classic! Here is a traditional recipe with homemade Bolognese sauce, creamy béchamel and layers of pasta. 🍝🧀
Ingredients:
(For a 6-8 serving bowl)

For the bolognese sauce:
500 g ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)
1 chopped onion
2 grated carrots
2 chopped celery stalks
2 chopped garlic cloves
400 g crushed tomatoes (or tomato sauce)
200 ml red wine (optional)
200 ml beef broth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt, pepper, oregano and basil to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the bechamel sauce:
50 g butter
50 g flour
500 ml milk
Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
To assemble:
12 sheets of lasagna pasta (pre-cooked or regular)
200 g grated parmesan cheese
200 g mozzarella cheese grated
