air: what to avoid to use it safely
Here are the dangerous places where you can not put the deep fryer in the air and how to use it safely. Avoid common mistakes and protect your appliance!
The air deep fryer has become one of the most loved appliances in the kitchen, thanks to its ability to cook tasty and crunchy foods with little or no oil. However, to use it safely and keep it efficient over time, it is essential to know where not to place it. Placing it in the wrong places can in fact cause overheating, malfunctions or even accidents. Discover the places to avoid absolutely to ensure the proper functioning of your air fryer.

1. Close to heat sources
Putting the air fryer next to bright stoves, hot oven or other heat sources is extremely dangerous.

Why avoid it: the external heat could interfere with the operation of the engine or electrical components, causing overheating.
Where to place it instead: choose a surface away from stove and oven, preferably on a stable and heat-resistant top.
2. On surfaces not resistant to heat
Placing the fryer on materials that can not withstand high temperatures can be a serious mistake.

Why avoid it: During use, the fryer generates heat that could damage or deform delicate surfaces, such as untreated wood or plastic.
Where to place it instead: use a heat-resistant plane, such as marble, steel or granite. Alternatively, you can use an insulating mat.
3. In enclosed or slightly ventilated spaces
Putting the fryer in a closed space, such as a cabinet or a corner without ventilation, can compromise its safety.

Why avoid it: Air fryers need space for hot air circulation. A closed environment could cause heat buildup and lead to overheating.
Where to place it instead: place it in a well-ventilated area, leaving at least 10-15 cm of free space on all sides.
4. Close to water intakes
Never place the air fryer next to sinks or other water sources.

Why avoid it: Water could come into contact with electrical components, causing short circuits or irreparable failures.
Where to place it instead: always maintain a safe distance of at least 50 cm from sinks, taps or moisture sources.
5. On a rug or kitchen cloth
Placing the fryer on a soft surface or on fabrics is a common, but dangerous mistake.
