Strawberry Cheesecake Pound Cake

This rich, buttery pound cake is topped with layers of cheesecake and swirls ofFraises sucrées . Un dessert décadent, aussi beau que délicieux !

 Ingredients

For the pound cake:

• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter , softened

• 2 cups granulated sugar

• 4 large eggs

• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

   

• 1 teaspoon of baking powder

• ½ teaspoon of salt

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• ½ cup of milk

• 1 cup diced fresh strawberries

   

For the cheesecake layer:

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

• ⅓ cup sugar

• 1 egg

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional garnish:

• whipped cream

• Fresh strawberries

• Strawberry Frosting
