Caramelized Apple Fondants
Gourmet fondants with caramelized apple and hazelnut butter 🍏 pom
Ingredients :
4 golden apples
50 g Butter
120 g of sugar
1 œuf
100 g of flour
1/2 bag of chemical yeast
1 pinch of cinnamon
60g crushed pecans (optional)
Preparation:
Caramelizing Apples:
Melt 30 g butter in a pan and add the sugar. Let it caramelize slightly.
Add the diced apples and let cook over low heat until tender and caramelized, about 10 minutes. Make your reservations.
