Form the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a tea towel.
Let rise:
Let rise in a warm place for about 1 to 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
3.5 Forming the loaf
Deflate the dough:
Once risen, gently deflate the dough and transfer it to a floured baking board.
Shape into a rectangle:
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a rectangle about 30×20 cm.
Roll the dough:
Roll the dough starting at a short end, forming a cylinder. Seal the ends tightly.
Arrange in the pan:
Place the cylinder into the loaf of bread, seam-side down. Cover with a tea towel and let rise for another hour.

Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 220°F (430°C).
