Exercise and work influence your routine

If you sweat a lot at the gym or if your job exposes you to dirt  (construction site, factory, etc.) ,  a daily shower becomes necessary . But be careful! Water that is too hot and harsh cleansers can  dry out the skin . Favor a quick shower  with lukewarm water and a mild soap , insisting on areas prone to bacteria  (armpits, groin, feet).

Adapting your shower to the seasons: a smart reflex

  • In summer , with the heat and sweating,  showering daily, or even twice a day, can be essential .
  • In winter , the skin is drier and more sensitive.  Reducing the frequency of showers and using cleansing oils helps to preserve natural hydration .
