Other turmeric benefits for teeth
The primary value of using natural remedies from superfoods is that they almost ALWAYS bring many other benefits.

Numerous studies have been carried out and have shown the advantages of turmeric in dentistry and for oral hygiene.

Toothache and oral infections
Turmeric has antiviral and antibacterial properties that can help keep the villains at bay and can soothe/improve oral infections.

Irritation and redness of the gums
When you use natural products such as turmeric, you can expect less irritation and a healthier mouth than when you use chemicals. Due to the antifungal, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties of turmeric, it may help to soothe inflammation and irritation in the mouth.

Some people are unconsciously allergic to commercial toothpaste chemicals and other oral products. The use of more natural substances, such as turmeric, can be significantly beneficial for the mouth by reducing redness and irritation.

Descaling your pineal gland
The pineal gland has been named the most important part of your nervous system. It’s standing in the center of your brain and is responsible for regulating different hormones. It is also known as the center of “spiritual awakening”.

It has been shown that many products and chemicals in our modern world are damaging the pineal gland.

Due to the neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric, it can improve and maintain the health of the pineal gland when used regularly.

Protect your brain from fluoride damage
Turmeric not only helps to whiten your teeth, but can also help combat the negative effects of fluorine.

Fluorine, unfortunately, can be found everywhere:

drinking water
antibiotics
Non-stick stoves
dentifrice
…and more
Many studies have shown that fluorine is TOXIC for the brain and human body.

Curcumin, the active substance in turmeric, has remarkable properties for brain protection.

More than 200 published and peer-reviewed studies have shown that curcumin is a neuroprotective agent.

With all our exposure to chemicals and toxic substances that we face every day, turmeric could very well become one of the most important plants of our time.

5 things you probably didn’t know about turmeric
1) Turmeric is very old
Turmeric did not begin to be fashionable in the West until about 30 years ago, and yet it has been used in food and medicine around the world for thousands of years. Historians believe that it was first used in India, then spread to Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean.

Researchers found turmeric on the DENTS of ancient skeletons found near the Indus River and also on various cooking utensils believed to come from the same period. It looks like we’re not the only ones using turmeric to whiten our teeth.

2) Cucurma was considered a gold in biblical times.
It is true, many historians believe that the gold that the wise kings brought to the child Jesus was in fact turmeric. In many ancient scripts, people refer to gold when in reality they talked about turmeric.

3) Turmeric has POSITIFS side effects
Although many anti-inflammatory pharmaceuticals are effective, they also take a heavy toll on your overall health. I’m sure you’ve experienced the negative side effects of the drugs at some point, and they’re not funny. Especially when these medicines are intended to make you feel BETTER.

Turmeric, on the other hand, is full of BENEFIQUES side effects for almost every organ in your body. If taken at EXTREMELY high doses, it may cause diarrhoea and mild nausea, but for normal daily use it is safe and without side effects (as for anything new, however, consult your naturopath for advice).

4) Turmeric is EASY to integrate into your diet
You will not have much to do to incorporate this delicious spice into your diet. You can take it as capsules, use the powder in smoothies, put the turmeric root in your juices, add it to all kinds of dishes, use it to brush your teeth, etc. You just have to browse our website to find recipes for turmeric.

5) Turmeric may work better than Prozac for depression.
Recent studies by a medical college in India have found that curcumin (the active compound of turmeric) is able to improve the symptoms of depression in patients and has not caused negative side effects.
