Turmeric Mask Recipe for Glowing Complexion, Acne, Rosacea, and Dark Circles

Ingredients

1 teaspoon of turmeric

1 teaspoon of organic honey

1 teaspoon of coconut milk

Place the turmeric in a small bowl, then add the honey and coconut milk. You can add as much coconut milk as you like, but the paste should remain firm and stick to your face. Turmeric is a colorant and can stain anything, so it shouldn’t drip off your face.

Face preparation

Wash your face with clean water and remove all traces of makeup. If you have long hair, tie it up. Wear an old T-shirt in case you get it dirty.
Application of the turmeric mask

Apply the mask evenly all over your face. Be sure to apply it under your eyes, as the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric help reduce dark circles, which then cause vasoconstriction (narrowing of the blood vessels).

If you have leftover mask, you can store it in the refrigerator for a few days and use it next time.

Let the mask dry on your face for about 20 minutes, then rinse with cold water. Pat your face dry with a soft cloth.

Reapply the mask every few days. You can do this monthly, depending on your needs and skin tone.
