Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 lb potstickers (frozen or fresh)
  • 8 oz mushrooms (shiitake or cremini), sliced
  • baby bok choy, chopped (stems and leaves separated)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
