STEP 1: Sear. Add oil to hot pan, sear cauliflower 5 minutes until golden.
STEP 2: Don’t crowd. Cook in batches if needed for crispiest results.
STEP 3: Roast. Transfer pan to oven, cook 10-15 minutes.
STEP 4: Stir. Toss every 5 minutes for even browning.
Pro Tips
. Cut florets uniform size for even cooking
. Don’t overcrowd the pan
. Get pan very hot before adding cauliflower
. Use enough oil for proper searing
