Ingredients:
20 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
5 drops rosemary essential oil
10 tablespoons Himalayan salt (or Epsom salt)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the mixture:
In a clean glass jar, combine Himalayan or Epsom salt with extra virgin olive oil. Stir until the salt is evenly coated.
Add rosemary essential oil and mix well. Rosemary oil strengthens the remedy with its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
2. Let it steep:
Seal the jar tightly and let the mixture sit for at least 24 hours. This allows the ingredients to blend, making the remedy more potent.
