Meatball Tagine with Potatoes and Olives
Gourmet Tagine with Meatballs, Potatoes and Olives: A Traditional Dish That Awakens the Senses
Ingredients :
500 g of minced meat (of your choice)
2 potatoes, cut into slices
150 g green and black olives
1 onion, chopped
2 fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of ras-el-hanout
1 teaspoon of turmeric
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
Salt, pepper to taste
250 ml of hot water
A few fresh coriander leaves for garnish
